PRENATAL WORKSHOP: INFANT CARE AND Newborn Development

with BONU DECAIRES

Join us for a three hour workshop on newborn development and essential newborn care skills --for expectant parents.

This comprehensive prenatal workshop provides a roadmap to the newborn phase and helps you to understand your baby on a deeper level when all they seem to do is eat, sleep, and poop.  The workshop will give expectant and newborn parents the tools to navigate the critical first three months of transition with their new baby.

We will cover:

• Research supported practical how to's on baby care
• Understanding baby's physical and mental development
• Parental bond with your baby
• Establishing healthy sleep habits

Via Zoom Live Interactive Group Workshop
