Phillip Romanski, M.D., M.Sc., is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility physician at Shady Grove Fertility in New York City (Soho) where he serves as the region's Director of Research. Dr. Romanski completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Harvard Medical School (Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital) and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Weill Cornell Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Heis an expert in family-building including the evaluation and management of female and male infertility, third-party reproduction, and fertility preservation. Dr. Romanski has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications on these topics with additional interest in patients with a history of unsuccessful treatment and patients with diminished ovarian reserve. Allison K. Wyman is an attorney who specializes in family caregiving, wills, trusts, estates, and healthcare. As a two-time cancer caregiver to her parents, Allison opened The Law Office of Allison K. Wyman because she understands the heaviness and confusion that accompany family caregiving, and she seeks to support families by providing legal explanations and tailored practical solutions. After practicing law at Latham & Watkins LLP, Allison has spent the past 8 years working with and for injured veterans, cancer patients, domestic violence victims, and families facing substance use disorder and mental health issues, with experience at organizations such as the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and most recently, the Community Service Society of New York.
