EXPECTANT/NEW PARENTS WORKSHOP: Preparations for New Parenthood

WITH AMY EDELSTEIN

Expectant parents might find all their energy is dedicated to managing the pregnancy, but what about after baby arrives?

Embarking on the journey
of new parenthood can be a joyful and overwhelming one. This workshop will address the most challenging tasks of new parenthood and how to create more realistic expectations for your new expanded family – especially in the early days of new parenthood.

Participants will walk away with strategies to improve the
strength of their partnership, identify new roles for when baby arrives, navigate feeding and sleep care, and create the entrance into parenthood that fits your family’s style.
