The HRP Mamas Working Mothers Support Workshop

Covid-19 has challenged moms in new ways juggling paid work, childcare, parenting, and home life.
Join Erica Lyon and other HRP Mamas for coping strategies and support during this difficult moment.

We hope you can join us weekly, but have set this up so you can register for sessions on a weekly basis - rather than for all sessions at once.
Please try to register by Wednesday AM each week so we can plan ahead.

Come get support, advice and guidance - while connecting with other working mothers.

Erica Lyon has been teaching pregnancy, postpartum and parent education for 25 years. In the 1990's to the early 2000's she worked at the Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center developing and teaching classes that became a city wide resource. She was the Founder of NYC's first pregnancy and parent education center, Realbirth from 2003-2010 and is the Author of The Big Book of Birth, Penguin 2007. She has her Bachelors of Science in Human Development with a focus in Maternal Child Health and a Master in Public Health. She is the mother of three ages 26, 22 and 10.
