SLEEp LEARNING WORKSHOP: 9-24 months

with HADLEY SEWARD

Join HRP Mamas for a workshop with Hadley Seward of Bonne Nuit Baby.

We will discuss sleep issues related to babies 9 month to toddlers 24 months old. 
Some topics will include:

- Nap struggles
- Separation anxiety and sleep learning
- How to relax sleep rules when needed, and get back on track after
- Sleep regressions: (8-10 mo, 12 mo, 18mo, 24 mo) and how to navigate those
- Recommended sleep schedules by age.
- Q&A


About Hadley:
Hadley Seward is a pediatric sleep consultant and the founder on Bonne Nuit Baby. She works with families of children 0-5 years old to get sleep back on track and regain their sanity. She's based in New York City, where she lives with her 2- and 6-year old.
