Dr. Andrew Elliston grew up in North Carolina, and attended Duke University before moving west. In Southern California, he attended medical school at Loma Linda University and continued with his pediatric residency at the Loma Linda University Medical Center. He met his wife, Heidi, on a layover in NYC while visiting his sister, another Dr. Elliston (owner of 1060 OBGYN), and soon after moved across the country and the rest, as they say, is history! :-) Dr. Elliston and Heidi have 2 children, a girl and a boy. He has been a practicing pediatrician in downtown Manhattan for 6 years, and over a year ago started a new House-call pediatric practice, Elliston Pediatrics, with his wife who is a Labor and Delivering/ newborn registered nurse. Dr. Elliston has been chosen for inclusion on the “Super Doctors: Rising Stars of New York City Pediatricians” list by The New York Times in 2017, 2018, and 2019, 2020 and received the Top Doctor award in 2018 and 2019.
