HRP Mamas Sheltering Arms Winter Wonders
Gift Wrapping Party 2019

Please join us at a gift wrapping party!


We need your help to wrap gifts that have been kindly donated for children in the Sheltering Arms programs. 

WHEN: Sunday, December 15th, 2019, 2-5PM, 1.5 hour shifts
WHERE: Church Street School For Music & Art, 41 White Street, New York, NY 10013
WHO: Volunteer Families, Parents, Children, Teens

• Families are welcome: Parents, Caregivers, Children!

• Beverages and yummy holiday treats will be provided.

• Please feel free to bring children and to attend whether or not you were able to donate a gift towards this drive.

• Donations of gift cards for the teens in the Sheltering Arms programs are welcome. Specifically on the Winter Wonders wish list are: gift cards from stores such as Amazon, H&M, Forever 21, etc.

While you are at Church Street School For Music & Art, think about signing up for one of their acclaimed Gingerbread House Workshops!

On 12/15 there will be Gingerbread workshops at:

Acclaimed by the New York Times, CSSMA Gingerbread House Workshops have been a Downtown tradition for over 30 years. An important yearly fundraiser, proceeds from the Gingerbread Workshops, Parties & Kits support CSSMA’s outreach programs, free community classes and scholarships!

At Sheltering Arms, our goal is to foster a society where every child and family we serve will have the opportunity to succeed and thrive. We address the effects of social inequity in the most challenged communities in New York City. Each year we provide critical services to over 12,000 New Yorkers that impact children from birth to adulthood, including early childhood education, afterschool programs, community violence prevention, mental health, foster care and adoption, and family preservation.
