HRP Mamas Mamas of Toddler/s Support Group
For mothers toddlers and/or preschoolers
This HRP Mamas biweekly support group will serve as a guided problem solving workshop for mamas of toddlers and/or preschool aged children. Bring your real life toddler challenges and lets focus on individualized strategies based on age appropriate solutions.
Erica Lyon will lead this weekly facilitated support group. Erica brings her wisdom regarding toddlers, her 20 + year experience facilitating mothers groups, and her own experiences as a mother of three children to this group.
Share experiences with each other while getting expert guided support on common toddler/preschooler issues such as:
- Picky Eating
- Sleep struggles
- Potty training
- Limit Setting
- Introducing a sibling
- Life with young children during Covid

Erica Lyon has been teaching pregnancy, postpartum and parenting for 25years. In the 1990's to the early 2000's she worked at the Elizabeth Seton Childbearing Center developing and teaching classes that became a city wide resource. She was the Founder of NYC's first pregnancy and parent education center, Realbirth from 2003-2010 and is the Author of The Big Book of Birth, Penguin 2007. She has her Bachelors of Science in Human Development with a focus in Maternal Child Health and a Master in Public Health. She is the mother of three ages 26, 22 and 10.
