Cultivating Intuition for Boundary Setting

WITH MegGan GILL

As our children become more of "themselves," asserting their independence and exploring boundaries, it can be challenging for us to always know the "best way" to respond. What worked yesterday, doesn't work today. Sometimes what works for today, doesn't always line up with my values and doesn't feel good in the end. During these moments it can be helpful for us to step back, hone our skills in observation, creating a loving lens for us to bear witness. What is my child really asking of me? And more importantly - Who am I being right now? Am I operating from a place of raw reaction or from my intended values? It is from this place of witnessing, that we can start to trust our intuition when we are supporting our children, and ourselves, through various developmental stages.

This workshop is geared to parents of young children ages 18 months to the early elementary years.
There will be 45 minutes for Q&A guidance.
